   1. Order Processing Time
      • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
      • Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.
      • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

   4. Shipping Charges
      
      • Free shipping on orders over the qualifying amount as shown at checkout.
      • Shipping charges for smaller orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
      • For bulk or corporate orders, shipping terms will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
   5. Packaging
      True to our mission of reducing plastic pollution, all Deego Nepal orders are packed using eco-friendly, minimal, and sustainable packaging materials. We avoid single-use plastics in our packaging wherever possible.
      
      
   6. Order Tracking
      Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking information via phone or WhatsApp where available through our courier partner. For any updates on your order status, feel free to contact us directly.
      
      
   7. Bulk & Corporate Orders
      We welcome bulk orders and corporate gifting inquiries. Delivery timelines and shipping costs for large orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing a bulk order so we can confirm availability and arrange the best delivery option for you.
      
      
   8. International Shipping
      We are actively exploring opportunities to bring Nepal’s sustainable, handcrafted products to global markets. For international orders, wholesale inquiries, or partnership opportunities, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
      
      
   9. Delays & Exceptions
      Deego Nepal is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
      
      • Courier or logistics partner delays
      • Natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays
      • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
      • Remote or difficult-to-access locations
        Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order
        
        
   10. Damaged in Transit
              If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged package and item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
