Refund and Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy
At Deego Nepal, every product is handcrafted with care by local women artisans using natural materials. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right quickly, fairly, and with the same care that goes into every item we create.

  1. Return Request Timeframe
    • Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
    • To initiate a return, contact us via phone or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.

    Items without original packaging or bill  No
    Requests made after 3 days of delivery  No

  3. Damaged or Defective Products
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product and packaging.
    • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on stock availability and the nature of the issue.
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery are not covered

  4. Wrong Product Delivered
    • If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item received.
    • We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost and arrange pickup if required.

  5. Non-Returnable Items
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once used:

  6. Refund Method & Timeline

    • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
    • Refunds are initiated only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

  7. Exchange Policy
    • Exchanges are available for eligible products that are unused and in original condition.
    • For exchanges, the replacement item will be dispatched once the original product is returned and verified.
    • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered instead

  8. Bulk & Corporate Orders
    Returns and exchanges for bulk or corporate orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before initiating any return so we can arrange the best resolution for your order.
